Paul G. Ryan is a Partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP where he practices construction law, surety law, maritime law and works with various architects and engineers in addition to general commercial litigation. Mr. Ryan is experienced in the management and litigation of complex commercial and construction disputes, having litigated and tried multiple matters before both state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and California.
Mr. Ryan is admitted to practice law by the states of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. He is also admitted by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also has extensive experience arbitrating and mediating matters before the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Ryan is a member of the New York, Connecticut and New Jersey Bar Associations. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Advisory Committee for the Subcontractors Trade Association of New York City, the Connecticut Contractors Industry Association and the Associated General Contractors.
Mr. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and his Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
